In the first thrilling month(s) of 2026, Genome Lawyers has advised Hims & Hers Health Inc., a leading health and wellness platform on the Dutch Life Sciences Regulatory aspects of its acquisition of Eucalyptus a global telehealth provider, for up to $1,15 billion. (The transaction is subject to customary purchase price adjustments and customary closing conditions.)
